Counseling for Pensacola's military families

I grew up in a military family. My dad served and retired from the Army, so deployment cycles, constant moves, and what coming home can stir up aren't theory to me. I've lived them.

Pensacola is a Navy town, and many of the people I see are service members or the spouses holding things together at home. Whatever came home with you, you don't have to carry it alone. I'm in network with Tricare.

Hi, I'm Amy.

I'm a licensed mental health counselor in Pensacola. I've sat with people through some of the heaviest things they've carried, and I've watched what changes when they finally don't have to carry it alone.

If faith matters to you, we can bring it into the room. If it doesn't, you are every bit as welcome.

The practical part

In network with Tricare and most major plans through Headway, and private pay is welcome. In person in Pensacola or by secure video across Florida. Currently accepting new clients. Reach out by form, email, or phone at (850) 204-7142.

Psalm 23

Faith is part of my life, and it's here if you want it in the room. If you don't, you'll be met with the same care either way.

Ready when you are.

Request an appointment and we'll find a time that works, in person or online. If you'd rather ask a question first, that's good too.
